Midweek Happiness

Taking advantage of this perfect wheather with long walks.

Fall is in full swing, and I've been embracing all things seasonal these past couple of days. A pumpkin is roasting in the oven as we speak, and we've enjoyed going on long-ish walks in my hometown's colourful forests when we visited our family last weekend. If you think in knitting, it already feels late to start working on Christmas gifts, but at least I got around to picking up the yarn at my LYS Wollen Berlin today, and my friend and I signed up to volunteer with an organization that sends out care & gift packages to less fortunate children all over the world later this year, so now I feel a bit more ready for the last two months of 2017. After a rather busy week, I'm also extra happy that I could fit in a few dates with friends this week. Today is one of my best friend's 30th birthday (happy birthday, Myoung!) which we celebrated with a delicious lunch, and the festivities will continue this weekend. Have a lovely week and stay cosy!

Wollen Berlin now carries De Rerum Natura's Gilliatt & Ulysse, two of my favourite yarns!

It's the last few days of #TWCsocktober2017, and I couldn't be more grateful for all your love and support for my first ever pattern club!

Nothing sweeter than coming home to loved ones, a copy of Laine's beautiful issue 3 and homemade cookies.
